Leading and Managing the  delivery and continuous improvement of all core, operational and transactional services with respect to the non-teaching workforce, and  advising on correct application of terms and conditions.

HR Core Services function is responsible for providing advice and guidance to all employees and managers in relation to HR policies and procedures relating to non-teaching terms and conditions of employment. It is responsible for the processing of all transactional variations in contracts for non-teaching staff on a timely basis.
